At Fathead, we want you to love your space, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all standard wall decals and home decor items. If your purchase doesn't perfectly fit your walls, we are here to help with a straightforward exchange or refund process.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Pack Your Graphics

  Carefully roll your decals and place them back into their original protective shipping tube to ensure they stay crease-free during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and securely tape it to the outside of the tube.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we inspect the returned items at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
